Who Owns SELF?
Various employees (including attorneys) of Fitzgibbons Law Offices own varying financial interests of Simple & Easy Legal Forms (“SELF”). These interests are financial only, and the employees of Fitzgibbons Law Offices do not direct or participate in the day-to-day operations of SELF. Clients of SELF that are recommended to seek legal advice from an attorney or law office may be recommended to Fitzgibbons Law Offices, along with other law firms. Clients of SELF, however, are not required to seek legal advice from Fitzgibbons Law Offices. Instead, clients of SELF are encouraged to seek the legal advice of the attorney of their own choosing. A client that chooses to seek legal advice from Fitzgibbons Law Offices may be required to acknowledge this disclosure in a separate agreement provided by Fitzgibbons Law Offices.
